Welcome to Delos Tours. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
- This website serves as an informational and contact platform only. It does not process online payments or bookings directly.
- Upon inquiry, you will receive a secure payment link via email or messaging platform (e.g. WhatsApp) to confirm your reservation.
- Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed after payment is completed.
2. Boarding & Check-in
- Arrival Time: Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
- Check-in Deadline: Begins 1 hour prior and closes 15 minutes before departure.
- Documents Required: You must present a valid passport or national ID and the card used for payment, if requested.

Entry will be refused without refund if:
- Check-in is missed
- Required documents are not presented
- The passenger is under 18 and unaccompanied
3. Booking Channels
Tickets may be purchased via:
- Our website (via inquiry form)
- Our ticket offices at Mykonos Old Port
- Partner agencies and authorized tour operators
4. Cancellation Policies
A. Delos Boat Tickets Only
- Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before departure.
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days or no-shows.
- Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling offered.
B. Audio Tour + Boat Ticket
- Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before departure.
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days or no-shows.
- Includes downloadable content only — no live guide.
C. Organized Guided Tours
- Full refund if canceled 7+ days in advance.
- No refund within 7 days or for no-shows.
- Entrance fee to Delos is included in the price.
- Tours are sold as fixed packages — prices are not adjustable.
D. Private Guided Tours
- Full refund if canceled 21+ days before departure.
- No refund within 21 days or no-shows.
- Weather cancellations: rescheduling or full refund.
E. Boat Charters
- 30% deposit required to confirm booking.
- Remaining balance due 4 weeks before departure.

Refunds:
- Up to 2 months before: 100% refund
- 2 months to 4 weeks: 50% refund
- Less than 4 weeks: No refund
- Weather cancellations: reschedule or full refund.
5. Flexi Tickets & Date Changes
- Flexi tickets allow one date change or cancellation with 24 hours’ notice.
- Regular tickets: date changes accepted if notified 15+ days in advance.
6. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

The company may:
- Substitute vessels
- Adjust itineraries
- Cancel or reschedule trips due to weather, safety, technical issues, or low participation

In such cases, you may:
- Reschedule
- Receive a full refund

No liability is accepted for:
- Delays due to port authority or government restrictions
- Secondary travel services (ferries, cruise ships) disruptions
7. Lost Tickets & Chargebacks
- Lost tickets are non-replaceable — a new ticket must be purchased.

Chargebacks:
- Services will be suspended upon chargeback.
- A €50 fee and any outstanding balance will apply.
- Fraudulent disputes will be pursued legally.
8. Audio Tours: Important Notes
- QR codes are valid for one user only.
- Requires download via CLIO MUSE TOURS app.
- Compatible devices: Android 5.0+, iOS 15.0+. Not compatible with older iPhones, iPods, or tablets.
- Please download the tour in advance due to weak signal at the site.
- Headphones and charged device required.
- Entrance to Delos not included in standalone audio tour.
9. Passenger Responsibilities

Delos Tours and its partners are not liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or accidents resulting from:
- Intoxication
- Non-compliance with instructions
- Unsafe behavior on board or during swimming
- Passengers must follow all safety protocols and crew instructions at all times.
- Pets allowed only on deck, on a leash, with muzzle and valid health certificates.
- No pets allowed on Delos archaeological site.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- No swimming under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.
10. Prohibited Conduct & Items

Not allowed on board:
- Firearms or weapons
- Explosives or flammable items
- Illegal substances
- The Captain reserves the right to inspect belongings or refuse boarding.
- Drunkenness, disorderly behavior, or drug use is grounds for removal without refund.
11. Cooking Class – Terms & Participation Policy
A. Booking & Confirmation
- Operates with limited capacity
- Confirmed only after full payment via secure link
- Late arrivals may not be accommodated; no refund for missed class
B. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
- Must be disclosed at time of booking or at least 48 hours prior
- Failure to do so releases Delos Tours and partners from all liability
- Allergen-free environment not guaranteed
C. Participation Requirements
- Minors: Must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian
- Valid ID may be required for minors and adults
- Participation involves the use of sharp tools and hot surfaces
- Guests must follow all safety instructions
- Participation is at your own risk
D. Conduct & Behavior
- Respectful, hygienic behavior is expected
- Intoxicated or disruptive guests will be denied participation without refund
- Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited
E. Cancellation & Force Majeure
- Full refund if canceled 7+ days in advance
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days, same-day, or no-shows
- Force majeure (e.g. illness of chef, government restrictions): reschedule or refund offered
F. Health & Hygiene
- Hosts maintain high hygiene standards
- Guests must comply with hygiene protocols
G. Photography
- Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes
- By attending, you consent unless written objection is provided in advance
H. Liability
- By joining, participants acknowledge inherent cooking risks and accept personal responsibility
- Delos Tours and partners are not liable for injuries, illness, or damages except in cases of proven negligence
12. Photography, Promotions & Intellectual Property
- Ticket holders consent to photography and video recording for promotional use.
- Multimedia content from our events may not be published or shared without written permission.
- Use of our logos or brand assets is prohibited without prior consent.
13. Venue Admission & Ticket Usage
- The promoter reserves the right to deny entry.
- Tickets may not be resold or used for promotions without written permission.
- Tickets lost or stolen will not be reissued or refunded.
14. Legal Compliance

By using our services, you agree to comply with:
- Greek law and port authority regulations
- Safety rules and public health directives (including COVID-19)
- GDPR and our Privacy Policy
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Greek courts.

What We Collect:
- Name, contact info, nationality, payment details

- To confirm bookings and payments

16. Know Before You Go
- Swimming/snorkeling is at your own risk.
- Comfortable shoes, hat, and sunscreen are recommended.
- Swimming is not allowed near Delos or in restricted zones. Jumping off a boat in motion may result in fines from €6,000 to €10,000.
